Michi P Petite Pet Couture always guarantees satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original unused condition with tags still attached within 15 days of receipt for a merchandise exchange, store credit or refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable when requesting a refund to your credit card. Please allow one billing period for any refunds to appear on your credit card statement.

For Exchanges/Returns: All returned merchandise must be unworn,unused and with tags still on. Store credits or refunds will not include the shipping costs. Clearance items are final sale

For Cancellations: Please email within 24 hours of order.

Shipping California Orders - Flat Rate $3.50:

Michi P uses the United States Postal Service Regular Mail. Once your order is shipped, it takes 2-3 days to arrive.

Shipping USA Orders (excludes California) - Flat Rate $6.25:

Michi P uses the United States Postal Service Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Once your order is shipped, it takes 2-3 days to arrive.

Shipping Canadian Orders - Flat Rate $6.25:

Michi P uses the United States Postal International First Class Mail. Once your order is shipped, it takes approx. 2 weeks for delivery due to Customs clearance.

Shipping Overseas Orders- Flat Rate $8.00:

Michi P uses the United States Postal International First Class Mail. Once your order is shipped, it takes approx. 3 weeks for delivery due to Customs clearance.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Michi P is not responsible for packages which are labeled incorrectly. Incorrect address information would include; missing apartment or suite number, wrong house number, missing company name, wrong zip, multiple addresses listed in the street field, or any other error which would render the package undeliverable resulting in it being either returned to us, or held for correct address information by the carrier. Incorrect addresses may also result in delayed delivery. Michi P is not responsible for delayed delivery due to the wrong addresses. Please double check your shipping address for accuracy.
